Active Breaks: Stretching and Chair Yoga

IAPS 2020 is happy to offer you two different Active Breaks, which are 12 minutes physically energizing video breaks that will help you maintain a higher level of attention and concentration.

This Active Break helps to release muscle stress. You will learn how to safely stretch your neck, shoulders, forearms and back before moving on to your next online session. 

 

Participants will need: 

A chair without armrests and without casters

Stretch / comfortable clothing

CHAIR YOGA BREAK (12 minutes)

This Active Break is ideal for connecting with your body, focusing your thoughts and filling your body and soul with renewed energy to be even more productive for the rest of your day.
