The full fee paid by non-members includes a 2-year membership to IAPS. The difference between the two rates will cover the membership dues.
The registration fee for non-presenting co-authors and audience members is set at 200 $ CAD
for IAPS members and 275$ CAD for non-members. However, we expect at least one person per paper to register as a regular participant (member or non-member).

While a virtual conference does not offer the flexibility and warmth of face-to-face contacts, the chair committee is working on innovative remote social events to be added to the program.
Registration Deadlines
May 15 - Deadline to register and appear in the Conference Program (for presenters)
June 25 - Deadline to register for non-presenting audience
Payment methods
Payment of registration fees (in Canadian dollars) can be made as follows:
By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express or Union Pay
By Bank Transfer: Please select the payment option “Bank Transfer” and you will receive an e-mail with all needed instructions. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by Conferium according to the deadline dates. You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation when your registration is completed and an official confirmation e-mail following receipt of the payment. Outstanding payments will be collected on site and charged according to the regular fee.
Refund Policy
A 50% refund of registration fees will be made to any registered participant who cancels on or before May 15, 2020.
No refund will be made if cancellation requests are received after May 15, 2020. Substitutions will be accepted at any time as long as the eventual additional amount in registration fees is paid
